1. This PC carries Intel 6th Generation Skylake core Processor, two memory channels support Max 16GB memory, in order to let CPU has the best performance we suggest at least 4GB RAM:)

2. Barebone means without RAM or storage, only can be used after insatalled memory and storage. This PC only support DDR3L SODIMM 1.35V RAM.

3. This PC support the newest Windows 10 system. We default pre-install Cracked(Not Genuine) Win10 for you, if you need other systems like: Linux/Ubuntu Fedora OpenELEC etc,  please just leave us a message.

4. Buy now we will preinstall 300M WIFI dual antennas as gift for everyone. 

5. The power Plugs will be sent base on buyer's country. So no worry about the not applicable.

6.Support Linux/ Ubuntu/ OpenELEC/ XBMC(KODI) /Fedora etc. You can choose the OS just leave us a message.

7. Onboard 2*mSATA port support 2 SSD+1 HDD R/W speed up to 1000M/s. We suggest SSD for HTPC&Games using.

8. We will provide the OS drives in a DVD ship with the PC to you. There are drivers for Windows7/8/10 

9. We default send the SATA cables within the PC. Make this PC support 2.5'' HDD.

10. About customs, We are not responsible for buyer's customs taxes or VAT. But we try our best to help buyer lower or avoid customs duties, usually write a value of USD $20-70 on package and describle item as "Set-Top Box".
