Serena's Jewelry has 10 years of experiences of hand making jewelries, all of them are natural gemstones. Our workers are all well-experienced.

1.       Place your order. If you have special requirments, please contact us.

2.       Hand making (1 to 5 days) for special order.

3.       Domestic shipping(shipping to Shanghai 3days)

4.       International shipping (Min. 7  to Max. 35 days by China Post, 4 days to 20 days by EMS). If use other express, contact us freely. 925 sterling silver jewelries will be sent by China Post, 18k gold jewelries will sent by EMS.

From 2017, EMS/DHL/TNT/FEDEX/ARAMEX etc. international expresses will be priority choice, and then followed by E-packet/China Packets etc.  

In 2016, we have over 100 packages been delayed or lost by E-packet/China Pacel. Truth to be told, there were many disputes because of the delay. The profit is small and risk is huge, we lost too much; even almost decide to close the shop.
